Responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth and efficient daily store operations. Lead manpower management, inventory control, customer engagement, and reporting to drive store performance and uphold security and safety standards. Job scope: Responsible for achieving the sales target and ensure that the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Manage store manpower, plan duty schedule and assign works to fellow staffs in accordance with operational requirements. Procure and source for books. Create and maintain data of books in system. Plan, purchase, monitor, and take necessary actions for books inventory. Handling customers feedback and equiries. Responsible for inventory level, and replenish and/or return of stock promptly. Implement and facilitate store operations, merchandising and marketing campaigns. Responsible for cash control of the store, including banking of daily sales. Responsible for daily / monthly sales reports and related documentations. Ensuring that all store cash, security and safety procedures are being observed. Perform any other duty and responsibilities as assigned by GM.
