- Solid background in a closing sales role as an individual contributor, with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, including sequencing, prospecting, and pipeline management
- Fluency in German and English is essential; French and/or Italian is a strong plus given the multilingual nature of the Swiss market
- Comfort working with outbound sales tools such as Gong, Lusha, Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Pipedrive
- Experience in the payments or fintech industry
- Familiarity with the Swiss market or experience selling into multilingual territories
