Responsibilities

  • Facilitate global leadership development training to people leaders - from supervisor to executive-level, new leader and employee onboarding sessions, and any other learning needed within the organization based on company strategy and objectives.
  • Develop content and assist in customizing existing global content for regional needs.
  • Design content including course materials, application guides, conversations guides, assessments, etc.
  • Curate and customize content.
  • Use a variety of delivery methods to develop participants' skill sets. This includes classroom Instruction, virtual training, All Hands meetings, peer-to-peer coaching, and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Perform all administrative duties including class preparation, schedule administration, and participant record maintenance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to assist the Learning team with revisions to existing course content.
  • Facilitate coaching and feedback for leaders up through Director-level.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences, including virtual and on-site sessions, while coaching and developing other to become effective facilitators.
  • Serve as a thought leader in learning and development, offering insights and expertise to enhance broader talent initiatives and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Tackle complex and non-routine challenges during training sessions, drawing upon extensive experience and expertise to find innovative solutions.
  • Leverage your expertise to influence practices and procedures outside the department, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive organizational change and improvement.
  • Use many facilitation techniques such as groups discussions, role-playing, interactive and/or experiential activities.
  • Manage the dynamics of a training session, including handling disruptions and keeping participants focused to maintain a productive environment.
  • Think on your feet and address any issues that arise during training sessions.
  • Understand how adults learn and apply these principles to your training methods.
  • Role Requirements
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the EMEA region with a regular exposure to a diverse, multicultural organization.
  • 2-3 years' experience in Talent and Learning.
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.
  • Experience with facilitation and training delivery (e.g., workshops, onboarding sessions, presentations).
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts (e.g., ADDIE), with high willingness to further develop expertise.
  • Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with learning tools (e.g., LMS, virtual facilitation platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to support project coordination and contribute to multiple priorities, with increasing ownership over time.
  • Good communication, collaboration, organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Interest or initial exposure to change management or organizational development initiatives.
