Job Details: Job Summary This position is responsible for performing a variety of production support functions throughout the facility while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson Foods policies and procedures. The Utility Labor team member may be assigned to multiple areas of the production process based on operational needs and must be willing to rotate job assignments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general labor duties in support of production operations. Assist production departments by supplying materials, removing waste, and maintaining workflow. Rotate between workstations and departments as assigned. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and production lines. Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Monitor work areas for safety hazards and report concerns to supervision. Assist with product handling, sorting, packaging, and rework activities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management. This position is part of a production team supporting poultry processing operations. The successful candidate must be able to perform all job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
