Position summary: Primarily responsible for providing temporary project-based design thinking. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Position responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for providing key artifacts, likely including but not limited to: Personal Profiles Persona/role-specific journey maps: current state Persona/role-specific journey maps: Future state Service blueprints Bbusiness capability roadmap Oopportunity backlog (ranked) Wireframes / high fidelity These artifacts will be used as the baseline for planning, building and delivering transformative experiences that better reflect what partners need and how they work, as well as marketing business professionals.
