Responsibilities
- You will liaise closely to the Project Managers on workplace safety, health to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
- Develop, implement and monitor company EHS Programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conducts regular site safety inspection and enforce compliance of prevailing MOM Safety Acts and Regulations
- Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations
- Conduct monthly Safety committee meetings.
- Continuous improvement on EHS system through the effective implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management standards
- Review and maintain site's environmental, health and safety records.
- Carry out training to all workers, staff and site personnel on EHS
Requirements
- Specialist diploma in WSH
- Minimum 3 years of experience in WSH, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience at construction sites
- Advanced Certificate in WSH is required
