Job Description PLEASE NOTE ** Only students who have completed this year's FAFSA and Accepted the Student Employment Award in their Financial Aid Package are eligible to apply ** For Semester/Term: Summer 2026 Hiring Department: Recruitment and Admissions Supervisor: Larry Pilon Location: North Las Vegas Campus Work Hours per week: up to 20 Hourly Rate of Pay: $14.00 The Department of Recruitment and Admissions is seeking enthusiastic Social Media Ambassadors to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their communication, customer service, office, and time management skills, which will be invaluable for future internships and career opportunities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Represent CSN at educational events, college fairs, and other community engagements. Develop engaging and creative content for CSN's social media platforms that will attract potential students. Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Serve as a positive representative of CSN, embodying the college's values and mission in all online interactions. Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. Suggest innovative ideas to enhance CSN's social media presence. This position requires the employee to be on camera. Assist in completing special projects and other duties as assigned. Additional Requirements: Those who are interviewed will be expected to provide a sample of their work. Examples may include past social media postings and/or creating a sample video of them promoting the college. This position requires the individual to travel to the different campuses and other locations. (Mileage included) Our services benefit: CSN students and staff.
