Responsibilities

• MuleSoft Integration
• Design, develop, and deploy APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Build RESTful and SOAP-based integrations across systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS, legacy)
• Implement API-led connectivity (System, Process, Experience layers)
• Create reusable integration assets, APIs, and connectors
• Ensure performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of integration solutions
• Work with API governance, security policies, and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration architecture and solutions
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Develop, test, and deploy bots using: UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
• Automate repetitive and rule-based business processes
• Work with attended and unattended bots
• Build robust exception handling and logging mechanisms
• Integrate RPA workflows with APIs and enterprise systems
• Maintain and optimize bot performance and scalability
• Cross-Functional Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities
• Provide end-to-end automation solutions combining MuleSoft + RPA + IDP
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and best practices
• Create technical documentation and training materials
• Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives
