Responsibilities
- MuleSoft Integration
- Design, develop, and deploy APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Build RESTful and SOAP-based integrations across systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS, legacy)
- Implement API-led connectivity (System, Process, Experience layers)
- Create reusable integration assets, APIs, and connectors
- Ensure performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of integration solutions
- Work with API governance, security policies, and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration architecture and solutions
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Develop, test, and deploy bots using: UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
- Automate repetitive and rule-based business processes
- Work with attended and unattended bots
- Build robust exception handling and logging mechanisms
- Integrate RPA workflows with APIs and enterprise systems
- Maintain and optimize bot performance and scalability
- Cross-Functional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities
- Provide end-to-end automation solutions combining MuleSoft + RPA + IDP
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and best practices
- Create technical documentation and training materials
- Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives
