Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical, Electronic, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry or regulated manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management roles leading technical or manufacturing projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (B+ or higher).
- Knowledge of validation processes, process transfers, and regulated environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the medical device industry.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
- Knowledge of risk analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
- Experience interacting directly with external customers.
