About the role
Visitor Experience Supervisor Responsible for: Visitor Experience Reception Team FTE: Full time (37.5 hours per week) The Role: RADA is seeking a team-oriented, customer-focused Visitor Experience Supervisor to join our Operations Team. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role responsible for ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all RADA students, staff, audiences, visitors and course participants. You will work across three sites in close proximity, supporting RADA to achieve its business and customer service objectives. The role requires a proactive and dynamic approach, working closely with the team to maintain and enhance RADA's reputation as a leading drama school. You will support the Head of Operations and Operations Manager in delivering a first-class customer experience, including supervising and scheduling staff, and improving team efficiency to ensure consistently high standards.
