About the role

Transport Controller Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm Saturday: 8.00am - 12.00pm Location: Clementi Job Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and transport operations Assign drivers and vehicles based on operational requirements Monitor delivery progress and adjust schedules when necessary Coordinate with drivers on delivery routes and customer requirements Track vehicle movements and ensure timely deliveries Liaise with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery execution Handle delivery issues, delays, and operational disruptions promptly Maintain transport records, delivery schedules, trip reports, and POD documents Prepare operational reports and ensure accurate documentation Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate delivery arrangements Requirement Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transport operations, logistics coordination, delivery scheduling, or fleet management Experience in driver deployment, route planning, and transport scheduling preferred Familiar with Singapore transportation operations and road networks Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience with GPS tracking or transport management systems is an advantage Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Willing to support operational matters outside office hours when required Company Name: Talent Recruitment Pte Ltd EA License No: 24C2338 EA Personnel Name: Loke Sai Lye (Loke) EA Personnel No: R24123366 Email: loke.dexter@talentrecruitmentsg.com Contact Number: 8168 8648
