About the role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNowDevelopment Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNowsolutions for clients across various industries. To qualify for the role, you must have: - Bachelor's degree incomputer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. - 8+ years of experience inServiceNow development and implementation. - 3+ years of experienceleading development teams or managing technical consultants. - Proven experience deliveringprojects within a consulting, information technology or professional servicesenvironment. - Experience managingclient-facing engagements and executive stakeholders. - Strong expertise acrossServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture. - Hands-on experience withJavaScript, REST APIs, integrations, Flow Designer, and Service Portal. - Experience with Agiledelivery methodologies. - Understanding of cloudtechnologies and enterprise architecture principles. - Strong consulting mindsetwith excellent stakeholder management skills. - Ability to balance hands-ontechnical leadership with people management responsibilities. - Experience managinggeographically distributed teams. - Excellent communication,presentation, and client-facing skills.
