Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field; in lieu of a degree, 4+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-intensity production environment will be considered
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing role, with a strong preference for candidates who have led impactful projects
  • Proficiency in GD&T and demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Proficiency with CAD tools and the ability to translate designs into manufacturable solutions
  • Experience developing and implementing production processes and systems in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Experience with basic software programming (SQL, MATLAB, Python)
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools such as CNC machines, sheet metal brakes, or lathes
  • Personal or project portfolio demonstrating applied manufacturing skills, or active involvement in manufacturing-related clubs or extracurriculars
