Growth Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance and campaign results.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate webinars, events, workshops, and marketing activities.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to support business growth.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists, and campaign reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
• Experience managing social media accounts and content creation.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools are a plus.
