Inside the Role The Revenue Operations Process & Reporting Manager supports the operationalization of the North America Commercial Steering Framework by translating defined steering logic, segmentation, KPI standards, and forecasting methodology into scalable operating routines, SOPs, dashboards/scorecards, and reporting structures used across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This is a North America-wide enablement and reporting role responsible for connecting commercial frameworks to the operational and analytical outputs needed for daily management, transparency, and decision support.
