About the role

Location: Pioneer Commitment dates: 8, 16, 17 Jul and 21 Jul till 1 Aug Salary: $12 per hour 8,16,17 Jul - Office hours (for trial run and briefing only, will be paid) During actual convocation period: Attire: Long-sleeve button blouse, work pants, black covered shoes (formal attire) Work hours: 8.00am - 8.00pm (Mondays to Fridays) with 1-hour break 8.00am - 5.00pm (Saturdays) with 30 minutes lunch break On 25th July 2026 (Saturday): 8.00am - 8.00pm Ceremony Marshal Ceremonial Standards: Conduct formal checks on graduate attire to ensure compliance with academic dress codes before they cross the stage. Crowd & Flow Management: Direct graduates to their designated seating and manage the smooth ingress and egress of the theatre to prevent bottlenecks. Procession Coordination: Manage the orderly line-up of graduates, ensuring they are prepared and in the correct sequence to be presented on stage. Stage-Side Operations: Facilitate the controlled movement of graduates during the award presentation, ensuring the ceremony maintains its planned tempo. Direct Support: Work closely under the guidance of the Chief Marshal on duty to address any immediate operational needs or logistical adjustments required during the ceremony.
