What is the job? We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join Montu UK at our Winnersh site. In this role, you will support and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations within a fast-paced and highly regulated medical cannabis environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics, accurate inventory management, and full compliance with industry regulations, while contributing to a safe and efficient workplace. What will you be doing? Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain efficient warehouse workflows Coordinate order fulfilment to meet delivery timelines and requirements Ensure all products are handled and stored in line with regulatory standards and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and remote teams to optimise operations Support timely and efficient delivery of goods Maintain warehouse safety and security protocols to protect staff and products Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies Use warehouse management systems to track stock, shipments, and returns Report inventory status and operational updates to relevant stakeholders What do you need? Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment (preferred) Qualification in logistics or supply chain management (desirable) Experience using warehouse management systems and inventory control tools Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach Strong communication and teamwork skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance Physical capability to carry out warehouse duties (e.g. lifting, operating equipment)
