Most of the role can be performed remotely, with occasional in-person duties. Candidates located near the Greater Boston area who can travel to Woburn, Massachusetts, as needed, will be considered. Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator : Work alongside our Woburn-based Marketing Manager and Sr. Marketing Coordinator in pursuit of new work, with an emphasis on projects in the northeastern United States Assist with the retrieval and tracking of requests for proposals/qualifications and help with go/no-go discussions Support proposal plan preparation and drive proposal kick-off discussions Contribute to compelling firm qualifications, proposals, and presentation materials in support of Apex's business initiatives. Includes layout, writing, and coordination Assist with the writing, cataloging, and updating of project materials, such as profiles, team resumes, and client references Produce hard-copy proposal documents as needed, from the Woburn, Massachusetts office Travel to client locations to deliver proposals, on occasion Support special events and trade shows, on occasion Perform tasks to ensure the quality of marketing materials, such as proofreading, aesthetics, and compliance reviews. Update the client relationship management (CRM) system and related databases Fulfill other marketing tasks as needed
