Responsibilities

  • Plan and allocate workloads for Service Technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets.

  • Support customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and coordinating responses.
  • Handle warranty claim collection and reporting.
  • Log service activities, technical data, and required documentation in tracking systems.
  • Monitor worksheets, quotations, orders, and equipment deliveries; prepare monthly invoicing packages for Service, Parts, and Equipment.
  • Perform quarterly stock checks with the Spare Parts team and reconcile with Oracle.
  • Coordinate logistics of equipment produced in our factories, ensuring accurate delivery planning, tracking, and communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school education (preferred University education)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Coordination of work in service or similar field
  • Experience in leading or supervising a small team welcome
  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to build long-term relationship both with a customer and within the team
  • Very good organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to plan and set up priorities
  • Assertiveness and courage to speak up
  • Proactiveness and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High computer literacy (ability to work in different systems and programs and good knowledge of MS Office)
  • English knowledge - communicative level
