Requirements
- Track record of independent delivery - you can own and close deals end-to-end with minimal supervision; your track record shows quota carried, hit, and beaten
- Commercial judgment under ambiguity - you balance speed, deal quality, and long-term account value; you build structure where none exists and make the pragmatic call when a deal needs to move
- Pipeline discipline - you source your own pipeline, forecast honestly, and treat follow-through and CRM hygiene as standard practice, not a later concern
- Selling to technical and founder buyers - heads of talent, hiring managers, founders, and engineering leaders, where credibility matters more than a script
- Sales tooling - CRM-native (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfortable with prospecting platforms like Apollo or Clay
- Experience selling recruiting, HR, or talent products
- Background as an early or founding sales hire at a fast-scaling startup
- A network across the UK tech and AI startup ecosystem
