This position serves as a key support role across multiple departments and is expected to assist with Café operations, private events, VIP experiences, and nightclub functions. Successful candidates demonstrate professionalism, urgency, adaptability, and a strong commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and takes pride in providing outstanding guest service while supporting the overall success of the operation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Guest Service Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Support service staff in delivering a memorable guest experience. Respond promptly to guest needs and requests. Maintain professional interactions with guests, team members, and management. Restaurant Operations Clear, clean, and reset tables in accordance with company standards. Assist servers by maintaining stocked and organized service stations. Deliver food and beverages to guests as needed. Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly. Maintain cleanliness throughout dining and service areas. Banquet & Event Operations Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown. Transport and arrange tables, chairs, staging, and event equipment. Support banquet service teams during private events and special functions. Ensure event spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout service. Nightlife Operations Support VIP table service and nightclub operations. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest areas. Monitor for spills, broken glass, and other safety concerns requiring immediate attention. Support operational needs during high-volume nightlife events. Assist management and service staff in maintaining a safe and organized environment. General Operations Complete opening, operating, and closing duties as assigned. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Communicate operational concerns and guest issues to management promptly. Support additional departments as business needs require.
