Your Mission 1. Platform Management & Execution Hands-on Execution: You don't just plan campaigns; you build them. This means jumping into the dashboards, setting up tracking pixels, building landing pages, and launching the ads. Daily Platform Management: Own the day-to-day optimization of our core platforms-including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms (HubSpot/Klaviyo). Audience Architecture: Deep-dive into data to identify, segment, and target the exact right audiences for both REDSHIFT and our clients. 2. Creative Content & Growth (The "Both") Creative Content Ideation: Brainstorm and execute fresh, platform-specific content ideas (hooks, ad angles, and social copy) that cut through the noise. REDSHIFT's Inbound Engine: Own our agency's lead-generation. Turn REDSHIFT into a magnet for high-value clients through organic content, email nurturing, and targeted ads. Client Success: Take client briefs and turn them into profitable realities, keeping a close eye on budget pacing, ROAS, and conversions. 3. AI Integration for Efficiency Scale with AI: Utilize AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or automation workflows via Zapier) to brainstorm content variants, draft copy options, and streamline market research. Save Time & Money: Constantly look for ways to integrate AI into our daily workflow to elevate the quality of our output while keeping us lean, agile, and cost-effective. Who You Are The "Full-Stack" Executor: You know how to build a campaign from scratch without needing a massive team behind you. You love seeing a project through from the initial brainstorm to the live platform. An AI Advocate: You don't fear AI; you command it. You know how to write a killer prompt to get 80% of a tactical task done in minutes, allowing you to spend your time on the final 20% of high-level strategy and polish. Results-Oriented: You care about metrics that matter (ROAS, pipeline value, conversions)-not just vanity metrics like "likes." Platform Native: You know the ins and outs of modern ad algorithms and user interfaces. You don't get lost in the backend of a platform.
