Senior Vice President, Finance - Gaming

About the role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer for Aristocrat with dotted line reporting to Chief Executive Officer for Aristocrat Gaming, the Senior Vice President, Finance - Gaming will serve as a critical member of the Aristocrat Gaming leadership team and the global finance leadership team. This role will function as the lead financial executive for Aristocrat's global Gaming organization, partnering with the Gaming Leadership Team to set the vision and direction through resource allocation decisions across the business and geographic regions. The role carries responsibility for financial operations including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business decision support, reporting and controls. The role will have significant and regular exposure to the executive management team. In addition to management of the business plan, the Senior Vice President, Finance - Gaming and team will provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions, financial forecasts, and operating plans. This executive will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling financial-related activities for Aristocrat's global Gaming business. This executive will drive financial performance through high-quality decision support and FP&A, including overall P&L, sales and margin management, and close control over cost and expense management. The role requires an influential leader who can be a trusted business partner and collaborate effectively across the broader enterprise to support delivery of total enterprise value. The successful candidate must have the ability to function in a matrixed environment at a broad-based, strategic level while being capable of driving detailed, tactical execution.
