- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms.

- Drive solutioning sessions with multiple functional area teams to arrive at a comprehensive, cohesive design.

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant IT experience, including five (5) or more years of relevant architecture experience required.
- Deep understanding of Workday's architectural framework, including Business Process Framework, Security, Reporting (BIRT, Custom Reports), and Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio).
- Experience leading large-scale Workday implementations and integration activities across HR ecosystem.
- Workday certifications in Core HCM or related modules are highly desirable.
- Oil and Gas industry experience is a plus.
