Sr. Technical Program Manager, Alexa Ads

About the role

As a Sr. TPM you will influence the software development process across multiple engineering teams working in parallel. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and pose a deep understanding of system or service architecture and implementation details. You will have a consistent record of ownership of complex projects and demonstrated the ability to earn the trust of your partners. A candidate's technical expertise and operational excellence will raise the bar and influence the team's decisions and drive secure and robust solutions which have great customer experience. Alexa Conversational Ads is an exciting program that is pioneering new experiences to help brands (sellers, vendors, influencers) have a presence on Alexa devices through conversational and agentic experiences. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
