Job Overview: The Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for building and publishing high-quality, responsive web pages in Adobe Experience Manager using pre-designed components and approved content, under the guidance of senior team members. Success in this role looks like consistently delivering accurate, on-brand pages with a growing attention to detail and a willingness to learn. This is an junior level role focused on developing core production skills while helping translate creative and strategic work into polished, functional digital experiences. Within the agency, this position supports content production, working closely with designers, copywriters, and project teams to bring campaigns and websites to life. Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Translate finalized design files and copy documents into fully built, responsive web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with support and review from senior team members. Create, edit, and manage content using existing components and templates within AEM. Ensure visual and functional consistency with approved brand standards and creative direction. Upload and manage assets (images, documents, media) in AEM's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Conduct basic content QA to validate layout, links, formatting, and page behavior across browsers and devices. Collaborate closely the team to meet critical deadlines. Qualifications and Skills: 1-3 years of experience managing content in a CMS or similar tool/platform; hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is a plus but not required Interest in learning web publishing best practices and digital content lifecycle management Attention to detail, with a strong sense of layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools Willingness to participate in content quality assurance processes and collaborate with QA teams Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, Experience in life sciences or other regulated industries is a plus, but not required Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required
