Additional Information

As part of our newly set-up Shared Business Services function in Malaysia, the Trade Support Analyst (Senior) will be part of the team providing operational support for the Domestic & International Supply chain. Contract management: - Daily trade confirmation monitoring & reconciliation (completeness/coherence check) - Daily contract document reception / issuing monitoring & signature follow-up - Daily price fixation input in the Front system and price fixation note management - Regular contract finalization in the Front system Invoicing & Cash management: - Daily Goods invoice issuing - Daily Secondary cost invoice booking - Daily payment request issuing - Daily cash collection monitoring (ensure timely payment reception, monitor unmatched invoices, report cash received) and data update in the Front system Stock data management: - Stock insurance declaration (declaration of stocks) - Daily / Weekly warehouse report upload in Front system - Stock reconciliation against warehouse receipts - Stock declaration to insurance Client service management: - Administrative counterparty request management (payment status, contract & invoice documents, account statement reconciliation) Education: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain or related field
