Experience you'll need to bring: 0.5+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in the field of iGaming and/or VIP customer support); English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher; Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard practices and procedures; Knowledge of sales principles and methods; Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
