Torch Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support aviation diagnostics, prognostics, and health monitoring initiatives for U.S. Army aviation platforms. The selected candidate will join an engineering team developing mission-critical applications supporting predictive maintenance, aircraft health management, and maintenance analytics. As a Full Stack Software Engineer your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications. Develop web applications, REST APIs, and backend services using C# and .NET. Design and optimize SQL Server databases and data pipelines. Implement scalable object-oriented software architectures. Integrate with external systems and data sources. Develop automated unit, integration, and regression tests. Support software deployments, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Participate in Agile development activities and customer technical reviews. Collaborate with software engineers, analysts, and aviation subject matter experts. Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship. BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of software development experience. Active Secret security clearance. Experience with object-oriented design principles and patterns. Proficiency with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs. Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks. Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented architectures. Experience with Git and source control management. Understanding of software lifecycle processes and Agile methodologies. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience supporting aviation, aerospace, or DoW programs. Ability to work on customer site at Redstone Arsenal.
