Process Technician (12 Hours Shift, MNC, Chemical Plant)

Responsibilities

• Support plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and day-to-day production operations.
• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.
• Conduct quality inspections, sampling activities, and routine operational checks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
• Record and maintain accurate operational data and logs.
• Participate actively in Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and emergency preparedness activities.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and company safety procedures.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or other relevant technical disciplines
• Comfortable working on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
