Work | Deliver work that is excellent, on time, on budget and goes beyond the brief. Create and oversee project schedule. Ensure timely completion through all phases (project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, closure). Oversee the entire delivery and execution of projects. Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts of delays. Gain alignment on the scope, schedule, assumptions and price for projects with an ability to effectively translate these to Client Proposals and Statements of Work. Client relationship | Develop , manage, and maintain strategic partnerships to grow business. Act as a trusted point of contact (POC) to clients for day-to-day project delivery, ensuring agreed objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver e‑commerce content and media services in line with client requirements. Process | Establish and manage project communication and process. Balance the opportunities and constraints within a given project. Leverage existing tools and processes to monitor people and progress. Write and present project plans/risks in collaboration with other team members. Develop required documentation for all projects. Ensure adherence to agreed processes, platforms, and ways of working across multi market environments. People | Motivate , direct and challenge teams to produce great work. Ensure a collaborative 'One Team' approach comprising of content, advertising, design, finance and client representatives. Financials | Responsible for project estimation, planning and profitability. Build detailed project plans in accordance with budget.

Responsibilities

  • Leads all the projects contained in a Client scope of work from beginning to end, making sure that committed SLAs and quality standards are met.
  • Oversees final delivery of the project
  • Provides project scopes and identifies project requirements based on the work stream.
  • Lead and participate in meetings with clients, ensuring objectives are met and agendas are followed.
  • Track project progress and send status reports.
  • Manage client expectations related to each project.
  • Alert relevant parties about risks and raise issues.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • What we want from you:
  • University/college degree in business administration, commerce or a relevant field.
  • Experience managing projects in an agency or consulting environment.
  • Prior experience as a Digital Project Manager.
  • Familiarity with the e‑commerce ecosystem is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience running complex projects with aggressive due dates.
  • Experience running high volume projects.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French, German or Italian is a plus.
  • Highly organized, effective communicator.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection.
  • Ability to navigate strong collaboration between people, processes, and systems.
