Responsibilities

- Contract duration: Limited to 2 years
- Salary: Grade 3 ( monthly salary from 3.434 EUR after tax, excl. EMBL pension and health insurance contributions of 13%, plus other paid benefits)

Our Human Resources Department delivers high-quality HR services to EMBL's international community across six sites in Europe. We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented professional who is eager to build their experience in talent acquisition and contribute to an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment of an intergovermental research organisation. Our Talent Acquisition team is based across Heidelberg (Germany) and Hinxton (United Kingdom) and supports more than 2,000 employees across EMBL's six locations. Based at our campus in Heidelberg, you will join a team of Head of Talent Acquisition, four Talent Acquisition Partners, and one Administrator. Your role As Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support the end-to-end recruitment process for approximately 350 hires annually. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams, while helping to drive efficient, modern recruitment practices across EMBL.
