Job Responsibilities Record and update case outcomes accurately and promptly in Excel spreadsheets. Update outcomes in the system. Handle enquiries and communications from relevant parties in a professional manner. Assist with administrative duties, including data collation and preparing data summaries and reports. Provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned Adapt to changes in operational processes and requirements as needed.
