Engagement Manager (Vendor/Partner Management Analyst (12 months contract)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the ICT industry or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Good analytical, organizational, and planning capabilities.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness.
• Proficient in basic data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with CRM tools and Tableau is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Working location : Pasir Panjang / Alexandra (Nearest MRT station : Labrador)
• Salary : $5,000.00 - $6,500.00

Job Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of supplier engagement requests, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and desired outcomes. Engage with suppliers to understand their product and service offerings, and identify their unique value propositions and differentiators. Lead the preparation of evaluations, reports, and submissions for Management review, supporting timely and data-driven decision-making. Develop and maintain a robust tracking system to monitor engagement milestones, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure within established SLAs. Oversee the consolidation and analysis of supplier performance data, translating metrics into actionable insights for periodic reporting. Conduct structured research on the ICT industry landscape to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide coordination and support for cross-functional projects, programmes, and engagements to achieve organizational objectives.
