- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in field service, implementation, engineering, or clinical operations.
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and documentation skills with a focus on clarity and consistency.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% to support hospital-based training and internal onboarding needs.
- Background in Clinical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
- Familiarity with nurse call systems, life safety systems, or clinical communication platforms, along with experience developing structured training programs (preferred).
