Responsibilities

  • Operate production machines, inserters, printers, bursters, metering machines, and general office equipment.

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to remain flexible with changes in duties, workflow, and priorities.
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform standing, walking, bending, and other physical tasks as required.

Job Description We are seeking a qualified candidate to help lead our Night Shift Card Production Team . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production flow, strategically placing staff, and executing labor plans to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. Schedule Night Shift 7:30 PM - 7:00 AM Either Monday-Wednesday or Thursday-Friday
