Director, Supply Chain SEAO The Supply Chain Director for our Sephora Southeast Asia and Oceania region, is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Supply Chain organization for the region and driving our Supply Chain KPIs within our omni business in the region. Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, the Supply Chain Director will oversee all aspects of the supply chain function, including demand and supply planning, logistics, master data management, supply chain transformation, and supply chain excellence initiatives. This role will involve functional leadership across the region, collaborating closely with market teams across Southeast Asia to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company objectives. Leadership and Strategy - Providing strategic direction and leadership to the regional supply chain team to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives - Establishing key performance metrics for each function and ensuring these metrics are met/ surpassed - Working effectively across the organization to ensure successful execution of cross functional projects - Provide visibility on risks and opportunities, execute towards and follow-through key initiatives that support growth of the revenue. - Build strong partnerships with key functional stakeholders across the organization, from Merchandising to Retail and Digital - Adoption of new technologies to drive efficiency Omni channel customer experience People Management - Lead and mentor a diverse team of supply chain professionals in both regional and market (dotted-line reporting) supply chain teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability - Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure high performance and development opportunities Demand & Supply Planning - Drive the Demand & Supply planning team to achieve greater forecasting accuracy - Manage relationship with Merchandising team to ensure alignment on new brand launches, ongoing replenishments and returns management - Spearhead depreciation action plan ensuring HQ team and Countries are effectively working together to clear slow moving stock to ensure desired targets are met - Guide the S&OP and Open to Buy processes to align all teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing) on inventory targets, sales forecasts, financial plan, launch &animation plans. - Review customer feedback (internal & external) to develop process improvement plans to ensure greater customer satisfaction levels Logistics - Review and develop strategic Logistic plan to ensure business needs continue to be met as we expand across the region - Manage relationship with 3PLproviders and internal teams to ensure SLAs are met and a culture of continuous improvement is developed - Optimize cost by leveraging opportunities of optimization in all logistics streams (e.g. Sea / Air) and by negotiating CPUs and fixed costs with key partners (3PL, last mile, freight forwarders, etc.) Supply Chain Transformation and Excellence - Lead initiatives to drive supply chain transformation projects aimed at improving agility, scalability, and responsiveness to market dynamics - Implement best practices and benchmarks to achieve supply chain excellence and competitive advantage Special Projects - Develop and execute new country launch plans - Research and implement new technologies in the context of building out future omnichannel capabilities and building a scalable Supply Chain organization - Define action plans to improve processes, methods and tools, and monitor their implementation. Country Teams - Set KPIs and budget for local Supply Chain organization in co-ordination with Country Managers - Provide guidance and support to local supply chain teams to ensure Country level Supply Chain targets are met - Ensure best practices are developed, documented and shared across countries.
