Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end PS pre-sales engagements - from discovery and scoping through to effort estimation, SPW/proposal creation, and deal closure.
  • Architect Agentforce-led solutions for enterprise customers, designing agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and AI automation patterns on the Salesforce platform.
  • Partner with AEs, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success to position PS as a strategic differentiator on complex, multi-cloud opportunities.
  • Own the effort estimation and resource planning process - producing credible, commercially sound PS proposals that balance customer value with delivery margin.
  • Conduct executive-level workshops and solution presentations with CXO stakeholders.
  • Build reusable PS assets - solution blueprints, reference architectures, estimations, and proposal templates - to accelerate the team.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the PS Pre-Sales practice capability agenda.

Requirements

  • Overall 12 years of experience and 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3-4 years in a pre-sales or solution architecture role.
  • Hands-on Agentforce expertise - you have designed and scoped agentic solutions involving Einstein Bots, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Model Builder, or equivalent AI orchestration on Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce PS delivery model - you know how to scope, estimate, and price professional services engagements.
  • Proven experience writing SPWs, proposals, and DDs - you can own a document end to end.
  • Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills - you are credible in a boardroom.
  • Salesforce certifications: minimum Application Architect or System Architect; Agentforce Specialist a strong plus.
  • Good to have:
  • Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Data Cloud.
  • Exposure to India enterprise market dynamics - FSI, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, or Public Sector.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a pre-sales team.
