Currencies ETrading Analyst

Responsibilities

• You'll rotate across Spot and Forwards in both G10 and EM FX, building strong cross‑product knowledge and gaining exposure to a wide range of market‑making activities. The role has a particular focus on electronic trading, alongside meaningful exposure to voice trading.
• Your top priorities will include:
• Providing consistent and competitive pricing aligned with business objectives
• Supporting delivery of the desk's financial targets, including effective cost management
• Partnering with sales teams to deepen and develop client and vendor relationships
• Contributing to overall desk strategy, including reviewing flow metrics and performance
• Identifying and escalating risk breaches or system weaknesses in line with policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with dealing authorities, position limits and regulatory requirements
• Supporting smooth execution across electronic and voice trading channels, while contributing to continuous process improvement

From day one, you'll learn from experienced traders across eFX spot, EM FX and G10 FX forwards, giving you broad exposure to global FX markets and a strong foundation before developing your longer‑term specialism
