- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including employment laws, audits, and internal governance standards.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to controls.
- Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Partner with HR Business Partners, functional teams, and senior stakeholders to address operational HR needs and resolve employee-related matters.
- Provide advisory on HR operational practices, policies, and procedures.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Process Improvement & Transformation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and improve employee experience.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in HR operations and implement sustainable solutions.
- Support HR transformation projects, including digitalisation and process standardisation.
- Key Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations, preferably within banking, shared services, or large organisations.
- Proven experience in managing HR operational functions and leading teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Preferably with experience in HR systems (e.g., Workday or equivalent) and HR analytics/reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Good leadership and people management capabilities.
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
