Sales & Marketing Officer

Requirements

• Can work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong data entry skills and interest in learning new applications.
• High attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service is focused on and capable of effectively resolving complaints.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and experience in similar roles is an asset.
• Strong command in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 1-2 years' experience in customer service/ sales/ marketing.

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities: - Handle incoming enquiries and incoming calls. - Generate quotations and sales order conversion. - Follow-up through the quotations and closing deals. - Communicate with others involved in the process (operations and billing staff) to ensure customer needs are met. - Maintain customer confidentiality. - To cold-call actively and promote our testing services to the relevant industries. - To follow-up on enquiries and convert them into business opportunities. - To meet sales target set by the department. - To conduct marketing & sales activities for respective department. - Follow all company procedures and protocols. - Other duties as assigned in support of company objectives.
