Manage customs formalities for shipments, including invoice retrieval and verification of information. Transportation Develop and maintain a solid, sustainable transportation plan that aligns with operational goals, sales support, and customer needs, ensuring proactive communication. Implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining a competitive and safe transportation network. Oversee transportation performance to meet business needs. Proactively educate stakeholders on issues and market conditions, identifying gaps and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and cost savings. Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners. Monitor and ensure transportation KPIs are met, driving continuous improvement in routing, scheduling, on-time metrics, freight costs, and carbon footprint management.
