Knowledge of human resource functions, benefits, total rewards. Ability to work in MS Office.. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner. Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player Assist onsite inquiries and phone calls. Validation of Philhealth/HDMF/SSS documents submitted by employee. Filing - SSS sickness and maternity claims. sending email notification to employees after filling of claims. Transmittal/Receiving of docs/ scanning any government related documents. Sending notification to employees for loan SOA submission. Submission of Philhealth docs for updating of records to Philhealth office. Assist any Compben related concerns and issues. Monitoring of emails. Interested candidates must be willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
