About the role

Core Responsibilities Define and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's growth roadmap. Lead market entry initiatives, strategic alliances, and high-value commercial negotiations. Oversee company-wide operations, ensuring efficiency, governance, and performance control. Manage P&L accountability, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Establish operational structures, policies, and performance management frameworks. Lead senior managers and teams, fostering accountability and results-driven execution. Act as a key representative of the company with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. Candidate Profile Extensive senior leadership experience in business development, general management, or operations leadership roles. Strong commercial judgement with proven ability to scale businesses and manage complexity. Solid background in retail, trading, distribution, or consumer-related industries preferred. Capable of strategic decision-making while remaining operationally hands-on. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills. Formal academic qualifications are not mandatory; senior-level experience and results are prioritised.
