In-Store Stylist

About the role

As a Stylist at Dolls Kill, you won't just sell clothes-you'll craft unique, unforgettable experiences for every customer who steps into our world. Your passion for fashion, brands, and trends will inspire and engage our shoppers, turning every visit into a chance to connect, share, and celebrate individuality. You'll be the face of the brand, radiating excitement and positive energy, and making every guest feel like a VIP. While your primary mission is to elevate the guest experience, you'll also play a key role in executing store initiatives and tasks, all while working closely with a team that's as passionate as you are. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time position, offering a dynamic work schedule of 10-20 hours per week. We value flexibility and require availability during weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

Requirements

• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom with ease, including bending, standing, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Independence and initiative, with the confidence to work solo when needed.
