About the role

We are hiring our first Business Development Representative - a foundational and high-visibility hire within the Growth organization. This is not a traditional sales role. It is a strategic, industry-facing role focused on helping Terra AI build meaningful relationships and commercial presence across the global mineral exploration ecosystem. Benefits

$80,000 - $110,000 base salary + performance bonus + equityIn accordance with California law, the above range reflects the reasonably expected base salary for this role.
