Flexible working hoursPermissive Paid Time OffProfessional onboarding and training optionsPowerful team looking forward to working with youCareer coaching and development opportunitiesHealth benefits401(k)This position is part of the Operations team located in Loveland, CO and will be on-site .The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, approximately 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m., with additional hours as required based on business needs.In this role, a typical day will look like:Supervise daily operations to ensure internal and external customer demands are metLead team performance against Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP) metrics using Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools.Develop and execute data-driven action plans to improve operational performance and standard workManage production planning by aligning customer orders with labor and material availabilityOptimize labor allocation and drive cross-training to increase flexibilityPartner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiativesImplement policy deployment plans aligned with short- and long-term business goalsEvaluate team performance and drive development plans, coaching, and corrective actions as neededThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (preferred)1-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience using data to drive continuous improvement and operational decision-makingExperience with production planning, scheduling, or workload balancingFor Colorado roles only: We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time.
