Director of Transformation Management (United Kingdom FTC)

Responsibilities

• In addition, the target is part way through a major IT re-platforming programme which runs until mid 2027. The successful completion of this programme is essential to the acquisition business case.
• We are looking for an individual to lead the integration project, including overseeing the IT re-platforming on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
• This person will report directly to the Managing Director with a dotted reporting line to the Digital and Technology Director for the IT part of the remit. There will also be a reporting requirement through Hagerty Corporate Development who are overseeing the acquisition.
• This role is crucial to the seamless integration of the two businesses and to the successful realisation of the synergies and benefits of the acquisition.

Requirements

• A senior individual able to run a large change project
• Experience of business integrations
• Superior project management skills
• Excellent reporting capabilities
• An ability to cut through red tape to achieve the best outcomes
• An empathetic approach to resources impacted by the integration
• A background in IT change projects
• Other things to note
• This position is open to U.K. remote work but will require a weekly travel to the Bicester office.
