Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and communications to ensure effective time management
  • Oversee office administration, including supplies, facilities, and day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related expense reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative roles, preferably in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with financial operations, including invoice management, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and service-oriented approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in financial and administrative tasks
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, and office operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with financial/ERP systems is an advantage
