Requirements
5+ years p roven experience in brand partnerships or sponsorship within a complex or fast-paced environment
Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Experience supporting partnership delivery, including activation, campaign execution and performance evaluation
Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and insight to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience working with agencies or third-party partners, including budget awareness and delivery oversight
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
And any experience of these would be great:
Existing network within the brand partnerships or sponsorship landscape
Experience working within financial services or another highly regulated environment
Experience working across media, data or technology-led partnerships
Background in large-scale brand activation campaigns

Job Description Summary
The expanding Brand Partnerships team, within Lloyds Banking Group's Brand, Marketing & Experience department (BMX), is responsible for development, delivery and execution of the group's brand partnerships by deepening customer engagement and driving long-term business value. This is achieved through existing partnerships and developing new opportunities.
The first priority for this team is to grow the effectiveness of our partnership with British Cycling, elevating it to a high-impact platform in addition to building new brand partnerships. The team is also tasked with shaping, developing and delivering a broader partnerships strategy (within both traditional and non-traditional channels) that aligns with our brand and commercial ambitions.
We're looking for an individual with a proven track record in developing and delivering highly effective brand partnerships at scale, someone who can assist in shaping strategy and then into action in addition to bring a commercial and creative lens to every opportunity.
